I've stayed at Ottleys and dined at Rawlins and Golden Lemon and looked at their rooms. In my opinion, the top shelf rooms at Ottleys are absolutely desirable, much more than at the other two resorts (which are fine in their own way, by the way, and which I wouldn't turn down if a week was offered to me). The view from the room at Ottleys was fabulous, the individual plunge pool was a treat, and the room itself was large, well- and newly-appointed, and the meals were very good. They do have a couple of cats and two dogs, but the cats wouldn't be in your room, or even your deck, unless you pay some attention to them .... the cars aren't overly friendly unless you coax them. And since everything in the bar/restaurant is open to the air there's no accumulated dander to bother your allergies. Our Ottleys vacation remains one of the most positive vacation experiences we've had, and we've had more than a few!
