First of all I want to say that I have no connection with nor will I benefit in any way from Frigate Bay Resort, but I thought everyone thinking about coming down to St. Kitts should know about their great rates. They are offering a double room with a full breakfast for two for $69US a night. That is a real steal. For those of you who are used to Jack Tar, Frigate Bay has a huge pool, good dining room, nice bar area and decent rooms. The staff is very friendly and I think you would enjoy your stay there. Another very reasonable place is Bird Rock Beach Hotel. They have fixed up their beach, put in a beach bar that is absolutely adorable and they also have a very nice pool. The rooms aren't huge, but are clean and the grounds are well maintained. Their nightly room rate is $85. Some of the airlines have come down on their prices (see Shawn's post below) so now is the time to come down to St. Kitts for an afordable vacation.
