We just returned from a 3 day visit to St. Kitts and a one day trip to Nevis enroute to our vacation in Anguilla. We stayed at Ottleys and can't say enough about this special place. We had a luxury room with private plunge pool and huge whirlpool in the bathroom. From our room we could see the ocean and the mountains. Best of all was the food and service. Art, his wife, son-in-law, and daughter are all wonderful, they treat you like a member of the family. It can't get any better than this.
Did a one-day trip to Nevis and toured the Island and all of the hotels and Inns. We had seriously considered staying here in the past and have to say we were disappointed. Business is really off in Nevis (it's also off in St. Kitts) but nothing looked as good as Ottleys. Nisbet looked like it was closed down--not appealing--very rough water at the beach. The only property that was interesting was Montpelier which has been redecorated and is lovely--no one was staying there, however, very quiet. If you want quiet luxury and friendly service--checkout Ottleys!
