Sorry about your experience but that is not at all our experience at Ottley's. We stayed there in Dec. and were impressed with everything about the resort including the food. We checked Ottley's carefully before we booked and found almost no negative postings. The staff were all extemely attentive and the food excellent (we are food snobs). We highly recommend it!
