Dinner at Rawlins Plantation is served on the terrace with views of the water and St. Eustatius in the background. It is a fixed menu each night, so call ahead to find out what is being served and to make reservations.
We stay at Rawlins and in the course of a week we will have lobster, lamb, shrimp, quail, beef, etc. Dinner is four courses -- usually delicious soup or warm appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Most everything served is grown locally, and is prepared exquisitely and imaginatively.
Dinner is included in our room rate so I don't remember the individual cost.
Now, if only I could have some of that homemade passionfruit sorbet right now . . .
