Oualie Beach in April was a delightful beach if you like to swim and play around in the water. The water was flat calm, the bottom is almost all sand, very few rocks shallow areas in close. Not much to see snorkeling except some interesting starfish along the bottom. We saw a few families with kids on the beach. Did not see much diving activity. We did not stay at the resort, but ate there once and food was good. We loved the restaurant because it is open-air right on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful when we were scheduling a water taxi.
