I have stayed at Timothy many times and always had a great time. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very large and comfortable, and the pool is great. The views are fantastic and you are within walking distance to the Shiggidy Shack, a great place for drinks at sunset and very good inexpensive dinners. Next is the Monkey Bar and further down the beach is Dolce Cabana, a great Italian restaurant. Dolce is also the only place that serves food after 10pm (with the exception of the Marriott). You get get pizzas there until 2am. Friday night they are open until 4am for dancing with a great DJ. Thursday and Sunday night they offer Karaoke. I always recommend Timothy Beach to people as the location is perfect and I know you will have a great time there.
