14 Ministry Of Health Food Fair

15 Tenth Annual Pineapple Art Festival
A festive showcase of the finest in art, fine art and craft produced by some 50 artists and artisans from throughout Eleuthera. On display are original watercolours, oils, acrylics, paintings on driftwood, indigenous basketry, and an array of creative crafts. Also featured are paintings by some of the country's well-known artists. On sale are island culinary delights, such as pastries and preserves. 5th-8th Tenth Annual Eleuthera Pineapple Festival
A four-day celebration of the Eleuthera succulent pineapple. Featuring a Junkanoo parade, craft displays, dancing, a pineapple recipe contest, tours of pineapple farms, and a pineathalon - 0.5 mile swim - 3 mile run - 4.5 mile bike ride. 10th-14th North Eleuthera Sailing Regatta
Five days of racing in which scores of locally-built sailing sloops from throughout The Islands Of The Bahamas vie for championship in the seas between Harbour Island and Three-Island Bay, North Eleuthera. A festive atmosphere onshore, where activities include the sale of native dishes, entertainment by local bands, swimming contests, road races and fashion shows. Special mailboat and airplane excursions depart Nassau for North Eleuthera a day prior to the Regatta. For more information, contact Rev. Philip McPhee at the Ministry of Youth & Sports, Tel. 5th Guy Fawkes Festival
This festival includes the burning of an effigy of the infamous Guy Fawkes, in commemoration of him being burnt at the stakes for his part played in attempting to blow up the House of Parliament, England.
