Jolly Beach Resort, Antigua Expands Availability
From Italian Market
St. John’s, Antigua (October 30, 2002) – The all-inclusive Jolly Beach Resort, Antigua’s largest, has announced new packages from Italy for the coming Winter season, and an expanded roster of travel partners to reach a receptive audience.
Jolly Beach successfully re-entered the Italian market last year, partnering with HotelPlan. HotelPlan will be onboard again for the 2003 season and will be joined by Viaggidea and Karisima/Travelnet in offering competitively priced packages to this popular Caribbean resort destination.
“We are thrilled to be able to expand our Italian tour operator base,” says Grant McGregor, Director of Sales for Canada, the UK and Europe for the Jolly Beach Resort. “These partnerships allow us to reach a large Italian audience looking for the great value this all-inclusive resort delivers, coupled with superior service and amenities.”
Flights to Antigua are scheduled to depart Tuesdays on Air Europe from Milan beginning December 24, 2002 though April 30, 2003. All-inclusive rates start at €1,765 per person and include 7 nights accommodation, all meals and drinks, entertainment, non-motorized water sports, tax and service. Summer 2003 packages will be offered July through October with dates to be announced.
This low-rise, 462-room property on the southwest of Antigua's curlicued coast is set on a scenic 40-acre estate with a mile of superb white sand beach and an 8,000 sq. ft. signature fantasy pool including waterfalls and a Jacuzzi, curving around a choice of restaurants (including Italian-style Bocciolo) and bars. All rooms are air-conditioned and face the ocean; each has a patio or balcony, direct-dial phone, cable TV, hair-dryer and safe.
